I founded M2 Trust Law after years of flipping probate homes—where I saw first hand what happens when families didn’t have a plan in place.
Probate is the court process heirs must go through to transfer assets. It’s slow, expensive, and often results in unnecessary loss of value. In many cases, families are forced to sell under pressure, and opportunistic investors step in to capitalize on the situation.
At the same time, I saw something else. As an avid dirt biker, my boys and I have enjoyed racing District 37, Hare & Hounds, Enduros, Motocross at Glen Hellen and a yearly trip to Mammoth Motocross.
I’m surrounded by hardworking people—business owners, first-responders, homeowners, parents—who have built meaningful lives and assets, but often haven’t taken the time to put a plan in place. Not because they don’t care, but because they’re busy, optimistic, and focused on living.
The reality is, most people would do anything for their families—but estate planning gets pushed aside.
That’s why I built M2 Trust Law, APC.
Sarah McGill
Sarah plays a key role at M2 Trust Law, APC helping ensure every client experience is organized, detail-driven, and handled with care.
She spent over two decades at PCW, one of the world’s leading accounting firms, where precision, structure, and attention to detail were critical every day.
That same level of discipline carries into her work with clients—making sure trusts are properly organized, documents are handled accurately, and nothing is overlooked.
Just as important, Sarah brings a genuine focus on people and family. She understands that behind every plan is a family that depends on it—and she approaches each client with patience, clarity, and care.
