I founded M2 Trust Law, APC after years of working with probate and trust properties and seeing firsthand what can happen when a family doesn’t have a plan in place.

My background is heavily rooted in real estate. I built and operated a successful multifamily real estate investment fund and, through the fund and brokerage work, have been involved in thousands of real estate transactions.

That experience directly helps our trust practice. I understand how real estate is bought, sold, financed, transferred, and held through trusts and business entities. When we create an estate plan, that helps us make sure assets are structured correctly. When trust assets appear to be missing or unaccounted for, it helps us investigate deeds, title history, sales, refinances, business interests, and other records to determine what happened.

Over the years, I kept seeing hardworking families build homes, businesses, savings, and investments without ever getting around to protecting them. Life gets busy, and estate planning is easy to put off.

I understand that personally. When I’m not working, I’d rather be outside with my boys—riding dirt bikes, surfing, boating, fishing, traveling, and looking for the next adventure.

But the things we work hard to build are worth protecting.

I created M2 Trust Law to make estate planning straightforward and practical, and to help beneficiaries get answers when something about a trust doesn’t add up.
